In English Premier League (ELP) things are shaping up.
After each game we are watching who’s going to fight for the title and who’s going to need to do a lot to keep up.
It is clear that Chelsea is the team that shows more fire power even if all favourites for the title won yesterday.
Chelsea crushed Middleborough by 5-0, Arsenal avoided disaster on the second half wining Everton by 3-1, Rooney inspired Manchester United in a impressive victory of 4-0 in last 20 minutes over West Bromwich and Liverpool defeated Wigan by 3-2.
Scolari (Chelsea coach) asked everyone to not consider his team a favourite, yet. But it‘s clear that he’s doing better than Mourinho did in held of the Blues.
Scolari stated that if after 35 or 36 games Chelsea is 6 point ahead of the second place, then yes, they should be considered favourites. Till there they should play like each game is their last game of the championship.
Wenger (Arsenal coach) admitted that his team just saves the season with an impressive comeback on the second half.
After losing 1-0 in the first half, the Gunners came back to win, Walcott made all the difference and was certainly the engine of the team and the man responsible for the 3-1 turn around.
After 56 minutes of offensive football by Manchester United and no goals, people started to get worried, but fortunately Rooney kept his remarkable goal scoring run and opened up the account.
After that in 15 minutes, Ronaldo, Berbatov and Nani sealed the account and have the Red Devils an impressive win of 4-0.
After these three teams got their victory, it was imperative that Liverpool win his match and we had to wait till second half to see the Reds take the lead.
Benitez (Liverpool coach) said: “You will have to ask my doctor how much of this I can take. It would be nice to have three or our goals at the break for a change.”
